Q: What's the difference between the MP3 and audio cds?
Which should I get?

A: Whenever you purchase a CD with your favorite music, this is an audio CD.  This can hold a maximum of 80 minutes of music/audio.  Normally there are 10-12 audio "tracks" (each being a separate song). Tracks make it easy to navigate forward or backward to find the section that you want. Audio CDs  play in EVERY CD player ever created, including the one in your home, vehicle, or computer.  For this 6-hour training, we require 6 audio CDS to fit it all.  The training is automatically put into 5 minute "tracks" so you replay a section if you want.

MP3 is an extremely popular compressed format for digital audio.  While an audio CD maxes out at about 80 minutes of content, a CD containing MP3 files can easily hold over 20 hours of speech!  This allows us to put all 6 hours on one MP3 CD.

MP3 CDs will play on most all computers, recent DVD players, and any car or portable CD player that says "MP3 compatible" on it.  Very few cars come from the factory with an in-dash MP3 player.  If you have an Ipod or other portable MP3 player, then you will be able to copy the lessons from the CD to your device and listen to it while you are "on the run".
